Shipping and Returns

What is your shipping policy?

We offer flat rate $10 shipping across North America via Canada Post, UPS, USPS, Fedex and/or other shipping providers. We endeavour to ship packages within three-four days after receipt of payment. We will provide a tracking number for you to track your package.

What is your returns policy?

Items may be returned for a full refund within seven days of receipt of shipment only in case of an error on our part. Please contact us at info@urdubazaar.ca in case you would like to request a refund.

Printing and Pricing

Where are your books printed?

An unwavering commitment to ethical and responsible business practices guides us in how we run urdubazaar.ca. The books available on our website are printed in Pakistan and directly imported by us.

What kind of quality can I expect when I buy a children's Urdu book?

While all our books are brand-new, the standard of printing and paper might not always live up to Western standards. Products with slight to moderate defects (e.g. a blemish on the cover page) are available on a discount in the "Clearance" section. Please feel free to contact us at info@urdubazaar.ca if you have any questions about our clearance books.

Why are your prices different from the price listed on the book?

We strive to be honest and transparent with our pricing policy. Our goal is to pay a fair price to our suppliers and charge a reasonable price from our customers. You may notice that our prices can sometimes differ from the suggested retail price provided on the back of the books. In some cases our price is lower while in other cases it might be slightly higher. We set our prices by considering our purchase costs, shipping and handling, taxes and our assessment of the product's quality and intrinsic value.
