The Jamun fruit, known in English as black plum, is native to the Indian subcontinent. It gives fruit in the summers and many who grew up in India and Pakistan have fond memories of eating Jamun in the hot summer months.
This is a story of three brothers, Danish, Nadir and Taimur, who grow up with a big Jamun tree in their garden. It chronicles their memories of climbing the tree, eating its fruit, observing the birds and animals is attracted and playing with their friends around it.
